SANAA, Jun. 29 (YP{A) – The Specialized Criminal Prosecution in Sanaa demanded on Tuesday Tadhamon International Islamic Bank (TIIB), to supply 33 billion riyals of the Saudi-backed exiled Hadi president’s money.
An official source in the Prosecution revealed the prosecution requested the Central Bank of Yemen to seize the TIIB due to it refused to comply with judicial orders to supply that sums confiscated under a court ruling.
The sources affirmed that the prosecution started implementing the confiscation ruling based on the ruling that sentenced the exiled Abd Rabbo Mansour Hadi to death and the seizure of his money issued by the Specialized Criminal Court.
The source confirmed that the Prosecution addressed the TIIB to supply those sums, estimated at 33 billion Yemeni riyals, to the public treasury of the Central Bank in Sanaa.
