Civilian killed in Saudi-led airstrike on Hajjah
HAJJAH, June 4 (YPA) – A civilian was killed and another injured on Monday in a Saudi-led airstrike which hit Hajjah province, an official told Yemen Press Agency.
The airstrike hit a main road in Abs district, added the official.
Last month, the combat jets waged a series of air strikes on the wedding celebration in Bani Qais area of the same district, killing 35 civilians and wounding 55 others, including 30 children.
The four-year-old war of Saudi-led coalition on Yemen has killed over 10,000 Yemenis, mostly women and children, displaced more than 3 million, according to the United Nations.
