Hodeida condemns Tariq Afash’s privatization of Mocha electricity

HODEIDA, Jun. 17 (YPA) – The local authority in Hodeida province condemned on Wednesday Tariq Afash’s moves that aim to privatize electric service in Mocha city of Taiz province.

The authority affirmed, in a statement, that the privatization the state’s Mocha steam power plant and using its facilities for commercial electricity generation during the coming weeks by the UAE-backed Tariq Afash, in coordination with the Saudi-led coalition, is rejected and condemned act.
