SANAA, Jun. 15 (YPA) – More than 250 African migrants drowned near the coast of Bab al-Mandab in southwestern Yemen.
This was reported by Yemen News Portal , based on well-informed sources.
On Monday, a number of bodies floated along the coasts of Bab al-Mandab and Ras al-Ara.
A small boat carrying 300 migrants set off days ago from Djibouti’s territory to Yemen, but the boat sank, the sources said.
Some 250 people drowned and the rest survived, according to the sources.
