Mahra governor denounces Saudi moves to create military installations in province

MAHRA, Jun. 15 (YPA) – Mahra governor, Al-Qatabi Ali Hussein Al-Farji, strongly on Tuesday condemned Saudi occupation moves to develop and construct military buildings and near the runway of Al-Ghaidha Airport.

In a statement, the governor denounced also the arbitrary practices and campaign of arrests by the Saudi occupation against Mahra’s sons and anti-occupation figures.

Al-Farji warned the Saudi occupation and its tools of the persistence in carrying out its criminal schemes, looting wealth, disrupting services and institutions, as well as deteriorating the economic and living situation of Mahra sons.

He considered the Saudi occupation practices are blatant interferences in Yemeni affairs.

Al-Farji called on the international community and international and humanitarian organizations to condemn the Saudi violations and crimes in the province.

He also called on the Mahra tribes to strengthen cohesion and alignment to confront the plots targeting security, stability and national sovereignty.
