“It remains unclear whether President Biden and Secretary Antony Blinken are ready to bury the failed “maximum pressure” policy of Trump and Mike Pompeo, and cease using  Economic Terrorism as bargaining “leverage,” Javad Zarif tweeted on  Monday.

Iran is in compliance with the JCPOA. Just read paragraph 36, he added.

At the end of his tweet , he said “ “it’s time to change course.”
