QUDS, Jun. 06 (YPA) – A Hebrew newspaper revealed on Sunday that Egypt has accused Israel of procrastinating in reaching a prisoner exchange deal with the Islamic Resistance Movement “Hamas”.
“Israel Today” newspaper said on Sunday that Egypt believes that there is no real progress in any of the files, and that there is clear Israeli procrastination. “No Israeli official is able to take any decision, so everything is expected.”
The newspaper added: “Since the ceasefire was declared, progress has been non-existent, as the political situation in Israel does not calm down, and there is no one to take a decisive decision.”
It referred to Israel’s delay in indirect contacts with “Hamas” mediated by the Egyptian General Intelligence.
