Atwan: Besieged Yemen collects huge donations for Al-Quds and Gaza

SANAA, Jun. 02 (YPA) – The well-known Palestinian journalist Abdel Bari Atwan on Wednesday praised the huge financial donations Yemen has collected in support of Al-Quds and Gaza.

Atwan said in a tweet: “A huge fundraising campaign in Yemen in order to support those Palestinians stationed in Al-Quds and Gaza, and the outcome so far is hundreds of millions of riyals.”

“What pure and honorable these donations are when they come from the besieged and the bereaved. Thank you from the heart to our people in Yemen,” he added.

He continued: “Yemen is the origin of the Arabs. None is yearning for the branch except its origin, and victory is near, God willing.”
