NMC warns of high temperature in most areas in Yemen

SANAA, May 27 (YPA) – The National Meteorological Center warned on Thursday of high temperature in most Yemeni areas.

In the weather forecast, the center confirmed that the high temperature is accompanied by activity in the surface winds, which creates local dust in the desert and mountainous areas.

The center warned seagoers and fishermen around Socotra archipelago of sea turbulence.

The center warned citizens in desert and coastal areas from hot weather and called on them to avoid direct exposure to the blazing sunlight during the afternoon hours.

The center also warned drivers of low visibility due to the dust, formation of fog and low clouds.
