Army destroys biggest weapons store of coalition in Marib

MARIB, April 16 (YPA) – The Yemeni army and popular committees were able on Thursday to destroy the biggest store of coalition’s weapons in Marib province, local sources told Yemen Press Agency.

The sources said that the army troops launched Katyusha rockets at the main store of coalition’s weapons in al-Shuaab al-Hummr area.

The sources pointed out that the army forces targeted armament during the presence of groups of coalition’s recruits and al-Qaeda members, while they were transporting ammunition from the warehouse.

The sources confirmed that huge explosions of ammunition and shells occurred inside the warehouse, continuously for several hours.
