Missile targets Erbil airport in Iraq

IRAQ, April 14 (YPA) – An Iraqi security official said on Wednesday that a missile targeted Erbil airport in Iraq.

According to the Ministry of Interior in the Kurdistan region of Iraq said in a statement that an explosion was heard in the vicinity of Erbil International Airport, and the relevant authorities directed to investigate the accident.

The leader in the Kurdistan Democratic Party Hoshyar Zebari claimed that drones had targeted Erbil International Airport in the Kurdistan region of Iraq.
