UAE occupation forces build resorts, chalets in Socotra island

SOCOTRA, May 29 (YPA) – The United Arab of Emirates occupation forces build Resort and Chalets in the coast of Howlaf three kilometers long east of the city of Hudibu city in Socotra Island, local sources told Yemen Press Agency.

The sources revealed that the UAE representative Khalfan Al Mazrouei “Abu Mubarak”, on the island of Socotra, runs a number of companies, including “Daksum m Investment Company in the field of electricity, while others construction g companies run by  Omar Al-Zubaidi.

The sources stressed that the UAE representative seeks to establish a parallel entity to the Saudi interventions, in order to create chaos and divisions between the people of Socotra Island.

UAE bought loyalties through Radfan Hussein Shaaf who was appointed as the commander of the UAE-backed Special Forces in the Island.

The Sources said that UAE occupation forces are still in the Special Forces as they turn the camp as headquarter for them.

Socotra Island is witnessing tension between UAE authorities and Bin Daghar’s authorities.
