Power outage hits several districts in Aden

ADEN, March 08 (YPA) –The public electricity service stopped during the past hours in all neighborhoods in the port city of Aden, southern Yemen, informed sources said Tuesday.

The sources confirmed that the electricity service went out of service in the neighborhoods of Aden province districts.

The reason was due to a technical glitch that the Chinese generator was exposed to at al-Haswa station.

The city of Aden has been witnessing a wave of popular protests over the deterioration of public services and living conditions in the province.
