Cold weather expected to continue within coming 24 hours: NCM

SANAA, Feb. 13 (YPA) – The cold weather would be expected to continue in most of the Yemeni provinces within the coming 24 hours, according to the National Center Meteorology (NCM).

In its weather forecast, the center The center predicted that the weather might be relatively cold in the high areas of the provinces of Dhalea, Ibb, Taiz, Lahj, Abyan, Shabwa and Hadramout.

The center pointed out that the winds may be active and affect the southern parts of the western coast and Bab al-Mandab, reaching its speed at 25 knots.

The NCM warned citizens, farmers, livestock herders and beekeepers to take the necessary precautions to prevent themselves from effects of the cold weather.
