Coalition fails to break siege imposed by Sanaa force in Marib for more than 36 hours

MARIB, Jan. 15 (YPA) – A pro-coalition media activist on Friday confirmed that large numbers of Saudi-led  coalition forces were in the grip of Sanaa forces in Marib province.

” A number of soldiers of Hadi forces “coalition” at bottom of “Al-Qaridha mountain ” surrendered to the army and popular committees after they imposed siege on them  for more than 36 hours ago by the Sanaa forces despite the coalition air raids which amounted to 25 raids to break the siege ,” the southern journalist, Ali al-Nassi said   in a tweet on Friday.

It is noteworthy that the pro-coalition media claimed that their mercenaries have taken control over the mountain, but this only last few hours after the army and committees were able to restore the mountain through a military tactic and inflicted heavy human and material casualties on the coalition forces.
