7 civilians injured when fuel station explodes in Taiz

TAIZ, May 23 (YPA) – Over seven civilians were injured on Wednesday when a fuel station exploded in Taiz province, local sources told Yemen Press Agency.

The fuel station was randomly created in Ajinat street, near the drug market.

The sources said seven injured people arrived at the burns department at Thawra Hospital and some families close to the place left their houses for fear of increasing fire.

There has been an increase in the construction of gas stations and random fuel close to the residential neighborhoods which do not meet any criteria for the safety of citizens due to  the state of security chaos and the absence of local authorities in Taiz.
