NCM announces ongoing old weather within 24 hours

SANAA, Dec. 18 (YPA) – The National Center of Meteorology (NCM) announced that the cold weather would continue during the night and early morning in a number of Yemeni province within the next 24 hours.

The center affirmed in its weather forecast that the cold weather would focus on the province of Saada, Amran, Sanaa, Dhamar, Bayda, Ibb, Dhalea, Taiz, Lahj and Abyan.

The fog has formed on parts of the western mountain slopes, especially the provinces of Hajjah, Mahwit, Rayma, Ibb, Taiz and Dhalea.

“Light to moderate rains are expected on separate parts of the coasts of Aden, Abyan, Shabwa and Hadramout, reaching parts of the coast of Mahra,” it added.

The center warned citizens, especially the elderly, children, of the old wave in the night and early morning hours and to take the necessary precautions, as well as farmers.
