HADRAMOUT, Dec. 13 (YPA) – A deputy head of the so-called “Revolutionary Movement Council was kidnapped on Sunday in Yemen’s southern province of Hadramout.
According to sources, the UAE-backed Southern Transitional Council (STC) militia kidnapped Mohammad Ba-Mithqal, in the city of Mukalla, the capital of the province.
Meanwhile, Akram Miqdad, a head of the council’s media center, described the kidnapping of Ba-Mithqal as suspicious and not based on legal facts.
Miqdad added that the leadership of the Council” condemned the arrest, warning against continuing his abduction without a legal justification, calling on the STC militia to immediately release Ba-Mithqal.
