Syria: Successive explosions heard in Quneitra

SANAA, Dec. 8 (YPA) – Syrian state television reported of successive explosions in the southern countryside of Quneitra in the south of the country on Monday evening.

Syrian television added that the explosions were heard in the southern countryside of Quneitra inside the occupied territories.

No further details on the nature of the explosions or the cause of the explosions were given

It should be noted that the occupied Syrian Golan and the countryside of Quneitra are experiencing occasional tensions.

The Israeli occupation army had earlier announced that it had carried out several operations targeting Syrian fortifications on the Line of Contact in the Golan.
