Parliament lifts immunity of 11 members

SANAA, Dec. 6 (YPA)- Yemen’s parliament on Saturday lifted immunity of some members of the House of Representatives who are abroad.

The parliament said it had received a request from the Criminal Court to lift the immunity of 11 parliamentarians in accordance with an indictment against them documented by evidence.

According to the statement issued by the parliament, and that the lifting of immunity had been approved.
