Several STC leaders killed in attack in Abayn

ABYAN, Dec. 5 (YPA) – A number of the UAE-backed Southern Transitional Council (STC) leaders were killed in an attack on their sites in Yemen’s southern province of Abyan, sources said.

The sources affirmed that the leaders of the STC were targeted in the attack carried out by the Islah militants on sites of the STC in in Tarayih area.

Meanwhile, the Islah militants destroyed four military vehicles of the STC when trying to withdraw from one of the advanced sites in the area.

On the other hand, the STC militia set an armed ambush for the Islah militants, destroying a military armored vehicle in the same area.
