Army penetrates into strategic area of Marib city

MARIB, Nov. 30 (YPA) –The Yemeni army forces penetrated on Monday into a strategic area in the outskirts of the city of Marib, according to private sources.

The sources affirmed that the army fought fierce battles with the Saudi-led coalition forces in the province, taking control over the area of Nakhla between the city of Marib and the Sarwah district, amid major collapses among the coalition forces.

The sources indicated that the army forces advanced towards al-Suhail area in the same province, where violent battles have been currently taking place between the two sides.
