SANAA, Nov. 30 (YPA) – Switzerland’s Foreign Minister Ignacio Cassis condemned the assassination of the prominent Iranian nuclear scientist, Mohsen Fakhrizadeh.
Cassis said in an interview with the Israeli “Kan News” channel on Monday: At the outset, I would like to condemn any act of violence, including this assassination (the martyr Fakhrizadeh), and we call on all parties to refrain from carrying out any act of violence in the future.
The Swiss Foreign Minister stressed the need to reduce tensions on this issue, adding: Any measure must be supported to calm this situation and we are ready to help support these measures.
On the Palestinian-Israeli conflict, the Swiss foreign minister, who traveled to occupied Palestine and visited Ramallah in the West Bank on Sunday, said: What we always suggest is to help the two sides talk to each other and bring them to the negotiating table.
