SANAA, Nov. 23 (YPA) – Yemeni students on Monday resumed their open sit-in in front of the Yemeni embassy in the Russian capital, Moscow, to demand the payment of their faltering dues.
The Russian police dispersed the student sit-in last week inside the embassy building at the behest of the ambassador appointed by the “Hadi government” Ahmed Al-Wahaishi, and a group of students were arrested.
The protesters emphasized that they would continue their protest until their legitimate demands were met, denouncing the failure of the “Hadi government”, which did not move any inhabitant despite their suffering as a result of the suspension of the payment of their dues that resulted in their suspension from studies and their dismissal from Russian universities.
