Public Prosecution continues investigating into coalition crimes in Hajjah

HAJJAH, Oct. 25 (YPA) – The committee of the Attorney General’s Office in charge of the criminal investigation into the Saudi-led coalition’s crimes that had not previously been investigated continued on Sunday its work in Hajjah province.

The committee headed by the appeals court’s member in the province, Judge Ali Al-Hebshi, continued the procedures of investigation into the crime of targeting the homes of the citizen Ahmed Hassan Al-Moayad and his brothers in Beit Al-Sayed village in Khairan Al-Muharraq District with two airstrikes by the coalition warplanes on December 31, 2015, which resulted in the killing of ten citizens and wounding eight others.

On the other hand, the committee met with the security director of ‘Ahem’ district, Lt. Col. Hassan Mohammed Al-Qadi, and head of forensic evidence division in the district, Captain Mohammed Damish, to see the information they have about the air strikes launched by the coalition aircraft on the houses of the citizens Nasser Munsar Al-Hajj and his brothers, and Saleh Qarsous and his brothers in Ahem market on November 24, 2015, which killed eight citizens and wounded nine others.

The committee also visited the scenes of those crimes to see the resulting damages and hear the sayings of the victims’ relatives and the wounded, in addition to extracting and recovering parts of the missiles used in the bombing.
