PM inspects preparations for celebrating Prophet’s birthday anniversary in capital Sanaa
SANAA, Oct. 25 (YPA) – Prime Minister Dr. Abdulaziz Saleh bin Habtoor, along with Director of the Presidential Office Ahmed Hamed, inspected on Sunday the field preparations at two sites set for holding the celebration of the Prophet Mohammed’s birthday anniversary in the capital Sanaa.
Dr. bin Habtoor and Hamed, along with several of ministers and officials in the capital, get acquainted with the level of the organizational and technical preparations and procedures in the Sports Al-Thawra City and Al-Murisi Stadium, which is dedicated to women’s participation in the celebration of this occasion.
They also inspected the underway preparations in Al-Sabeen Square, which is scheduled to host the masses participating in the commemoration of this religious occasion, as same as in previous years.
“We, as Yemenis, are not alone proud of this occasion, but all sons of the Islamic nation everywhere, because it is the occasion of the birth of the greatest human being that Allah created,” the Prime Minister said in a statement to media.
Dr. bin Habtoor indicated that the celebration of this great occasion in Yemen comes at a time a number of Arab regimes, which claim raising the banner of Islam, rush to normalize relations with the Zionist entity.
He stressed the importance of everyone’s participation in the event that would be held in Al-Sabeen Square and other squares dedicated to the celebration of the Prophet’s birthday anniversary.
“What the capital Sanaa and the rest of the provinces will witness next Thursday represents a high moral message from the historic capital of Yemen to all humanity,” he said.
