MARIB, Oct. 25 (YPA) – The Yemeni army on Sunday made military progress in the north of Marib province, to cut off the only land outlet to the Saudi-led coalition forces, informed sources said.
The sources affirmed that the army forces launched a major military attack in al-Alam Front during the past hours, a move aimed at cutting off the land outlet backing the coalition in the south of the province.
The fierce battles escalated between the army and the coalition forces backed by Islah militia and elements of Al-Qaeda and ISIS, that led to control over areas of Al-Sadd, Malififa and Abu Bushd, in Al-Alam Front by the army.
