Education Ministry announces secondary certificate exams’ results

SANAA, Oct. 22 (YPA) – Ministry of Education announced on Thursday the results of the general secondary certificate exams for the academic year 2019-2020.

The Minister of Education, Yahya Al-Houthi, said in news conference in Sana’a, that the total approximately 178, 88 male and female students took the tests among 191,413 students, noting that the success rate is estimated to be 84 per cent.

Al-Houthi congratulated the students for their success in the exams, referring the great efforts made by the ministry in light of the scarcity of capabilities and difficult challenges that the country is going through as a result of the continued aggression.

He praised also the role of the local authorities, security committees and media institutions that contributed to the success of the test process.
