British girl accuses UAE minister of sexually assault

SANAA, Oct. 18 (YPA) – In connection with the scandals of a number of members of the ruling family in the Emirates, a British woman has accused the UAE minister of sexually assault against her.

According to a British Sunday newspaper report, Caitlin McNamara, 32, she was assaulted by Sheikh Nahyan bin Mubarak Al Nahyan, 69, the UAE minister of tolerance, while she was working on the launch of the Hay literary festival in Abu Dhabi city.

McNamara pointed out that she believed to have been summoned to discuss preparations for the opening of the “Hay Abu Dhabi” festival, before she was attacked.

McNamara affirmed that after she had formally invited her for dinner, Sheikh Nahyan took her to a villa on a small island which she believes to have been part of Abu Dhabi’s Al Gurm Resort.
