One civilian killed in Saudi artillery strike on Saada

SAADA, Oct. 12 (YPA) – About one citizen was killed and other two were wounded on Monday when the Saudi-led coalition fired artillery and rockets at residential areas of Saada province, a security official told Yemen Press Agency.

The official affirmed that the artillery and missile attack hit the areas of Shada and Razih districts, leaving also heavy damage to citizens’ properties.

On Sunday, a citizen was wounded by a Saudi attack on the border district of Shada, the official added.

The military intervention has been launched on March 25, 2015 by the Saudi-led coalition on Yemen, in a flagrant violation of the international law and Yemen’s sovereignty and its people.
