Pro-coalition commander killed in Marib

MARIB, Sept. 19 (YPA) – A pro-coalition military commander was killed on Saturday in US-backed Saudi-led aggression coalition’s troops in confrontations with the Yemeni army in al-Jawba front of Marib province, a military source told Yemen Press Agency.

The source said that the Yemeni army and popular committees clashed against recruits of 173 brigade loyal to coalition in al-Jawba, killing and injuring tens of them, including military commanders.

The source declared that coalition’s forces and Islah militants inflicted heavy losses in lives and equipment during an offensive carried out by the army.
