Report:  Saudi army, its militias  inflicted heavy losses over 24 hours

SANAA, May 16 (YPA) -The Rocketry and artillery forces of the Yemen army targeted sites and gatherings of the Saudi army and its militias during the past 24 hours, causing loss of lives and equipment on the combat front, according to military reports combined by Yemen Press Agency on Wednesday. 

·         In southern Saudi province of Jizan:

Rocketry force or the army fired a ballistic missile, Bader-1, toward King Faisal military base.

·         In Saudi border province of Najran:

A military vehicle was smashed in the west of Sudais by artillery shelling and a 14.5 caliber was destroyed by a guided missile in Shurfa.

Two Saudi soldiers were sniped in east of Shurfa and west of Sudais.

Artillery and missile shelling targeted gatherings of Saudi soldiers and their militias in west of Sudais site.

A Saudi-backed militias’ military vehicle was destroyed in Ajasher desert.

A militant was killed in Boqea front by the fires of Yemen army.

·         In Asir border province:

Artillery and missile shells were fired toward militias’ gatherings in Sood hills in front of Alab border crossing.

·         In Taiz province:

A militias’ infiltration was repelled in Kadaha front of Ma’afer district, killing and wounding dozens.

Two armored and a military vehicle were damaged by guided missiles in west coast front, killing all their crews.

A militia was killed by the army’s fires in west coast.

·         In Yemen province of Jawf:

A missile, Zilzal_2, were fired toward militias’ gatherings in Ghail district, causing direct casualties.

The army attacked sites of militias in Ham area of Mutun district, killing dozens of the militias.

·         In Marib province:

Two of Saudi-backed militias were killed and three injured by the fires of the army in Serwah front.

·         In Bayda province:

Two military vehicles were damaged in Natea front.

·         In Sanaa province:

A Saudi-backed militias were killed in Nehm front by Yemen army’s fires.
