Largest theft gang arrested in Sanaa

SANAA, Sep. 2 (YPA) – The Yemeni security forces arrested on Wednesday the largest theft gang in the capital Sanaa, security official told Yemen Press Agency.

The official affirmed that the gang is consisting of 50 members and had seized and stole a large amount phones, weapons, computers, and others.

The official indicated that the confessions of the members of the gang proved their participation in committing many crimes after distributing roles among them, including monitoring and following up the victims.

The official added that the members of the gang were referred to the security custody to complete the legal investigations.
