Yemeni athlete died in Thailand mountains

SAMAA, Aug. 29 (YPA) – A Yemeni kickboxing champion, Ahmed Mohammad Al Aidarous has died in Thailand in mysterious circumstances, according to activists on social media.

One of those close to the player said that Al-Aidarous died as a result of falling from one of mountains in Thailand, and there were doubts about the circumstances of the accident.

He added that investigations still continued by the Thailand’s security authorities, pointing to the absence of follow-up by the competent Yemeni authorities.

In recent years, the player for Yemen has won many titles and gold medals on the competition arenas in Thailand, Bahrain and Dubai.
