16 Saudi-led airstrikes hit Marib, Bayda, Jawf

MARIB, Aug. 27 (YPA) – The Saudi-led aggression coalition warplanes waged on Thursday 16 strikes on Marib, Jawf and Bayda provinces, a security official told Yemen Press Agency.

The official affirmed that the combat jets carried out 10 strikes on Khab Washaf district of Jawf and four others on Mahlih, Serwah, Majzar districts of Marib, in addition to two strikes on al-Sawadih district of Bayda.

The air escalation came less than 24 hours after the coalition fighters launched 18 air raids on Marib, 11 others on Bayda, and eight strikes on Jawf, the official added.
