Yemen tribes reaffirm ongoing support of Palestinian cause

SANAA, Aug. 22 (YPA) – The Yemeni tribes reaffirmed on Saturday their support for the Palestinian cause and the criminalization of normalization with the Zionist enemy.

In a meeting organized by the Tribal Cohesion Council in Sanaa, they affirmed their refusal to trade in the Palestinian Issue and support the liberation of Islamic lands and sanctities.

The participants urged the attendees on the importance of confronting any activities that promote entering into relations with the Zionist entity.

The meeting affirmed the adherence of the tribes of Yemen and their support to the Palestinian cause and their full solidarity with the Palestinian people in defending its issue and the holy places, denouncing all forms of normalization with the Zionist entity.

The move came during the meeting that included a number of sheikhs and dignitaries of Yemen, and the Chairman of the Cohesion Council Sheikh Dhaifallah Rassam, as well as the representatives of the Islamic Jihad Movement, Ahmad Baraka, the Palestinian Front, Amer Ghanem, the Hamas Movement, Moaz Aqil, and the Democratic Front, Khaled Khalif.

Meanwhile, the Palestinian resistance factions praised on Saturday the great positions being played the Yemeni people in support of the Palestinian cause.
