Palestinian resistance praises Yemeni tribes’ stance in support of Palestinian cause

SANAA, Aug. 22 (YPA) – The Palestinian resistance factions praised on Saturday the great positions being played the Yemeni tribes in support of the Palestinian cause.

The move came during their meeting which was attended in Sanaa by a number of sheikhs and dignitaries of Yemen, and the Chairman of the Cohesion Council Sheikh Dhaifallah Rassam, as well as the representatives of the Islamic Jihad Movement, Ahmad Baraka, the Palestinian Front, Amer Ghanem, the Hamas Movement, Moaz Aqil, and the Democratic Front, Khaled Khalif.

During the meeting, the chairman of the Cohesion Council, Dhaifallah Rassam confirmed that cooperating with the Israeli enemy is a betrayal of all tribal and Islamic principles and national and Arab constants.
Rassam called on all Yemeni tribes to continue to support the fronts with money and fighters to confront the Saudi-led aggression coalition and siege imposed on the Yemeni people for mostly six years.
The meeting affirmed the adherence of the tribes of Yemen and their support to the Palestinian cause and their full solidarity with the Palestinian people in defending its issue and the holy places, denouncing all forms of normalization with the Zionist entity.
