President al-Mashat congratulates Yemeni people, leaders of Arab, Islamic states on Eid al-Adha

SANAA, July 31 (YPA) – The President of the Supreme Political Council, Mahdi Al-Mashat, congratulated the Yemeni people and the Arab and Islamic nation on the occasion of Eid Al-Adha.

In his speech, he pointed out that the United Nations failed to do what it should do towards Yemen in accordance with its founding charter, and it appeared in many situations biased towards aggression and devoted to the blockade.

The President confirmed that what the occupied governorates witness is sufficient evidence of the real goals of the aggression aimed at occupying our country and dividing it, stressing that we will not stand idly by and will continue to confront attempts of dividing Yemen.

President Al-Mashat said: We will not accept the continued looting operations of the people’s wealth by the US-Saudi mercenaries and traitors.

He added: We will continue targeting the aggressors’ depth by painful strikes, until the aggression ended and the siege lift.

He thanked the heroes of the Army and Popular Committees for the accomplishments and victories, as well as the employees of the security services for their efforts to maintain security and civil peace.
