STC’s militias close Mualla Port’s gate in Aden

ADEN, July 28 (YPA) – The UAE-backed Southern Transitional Council (STC)’s militias on Tuesday closed Mualla Port in Aden city, southern Yemen.

Local sources in the city confirmed that the port guard closed the Mualla Port’s gate because of holding commander of the port guard Mohsen al-Sorori in al-Mansoura Prison.

Al-Sorori’s arrest came against the background of the execution of the young man Salem al-Damani inside the port early June.

In mid-July, director of Mualla port security Mohsen al-Soruri was exposed to an assassination attempt while he was passing on board a military car in Khor Maksar area.
