Interior Minister stresses importance of preparing scientific studies to develop retirement fund

SANAA, July 18 (YPA) – Interior Minister Abdul Karim al-Houthi stressed on Saturday the importance of preparing scientific studies to develop the retirement fund’s resources at the Ministry.

The move came during his meeting with the Board of Directors of the Ministry of Interior’s Pension Fund to discuss the fund’s performance and ways to be developed for overcoming obstacles and challenges imposed by the Saudi-led aggression and its siege on Yemen.

Al-Houthi also instructed the minister to work with the retirement law and determine the eligible employees of the ministry for retirement in accordance with legal standards.
