NEW DELHI, June 29 (YPA) – India recorded on Monday new infections with Coruna virus, which approached 20,000 cases, while Mumbai, the country’s financial center, extended the general isolation measures for another month.
The statements issued Monday by the Indian Ministry of Health showed recording 19,459 new cases of Corona virus during the past 24 hours, a slight decrease from 19,906 cases recorded on Sunday.
The western state of Maharashtra, which has the largest number of corona infections in the country, extended the general isolation measures for another month until the end of July, after infections rose in major cities such as Mumbai, Pune and Aurangabad.
