Nine killed as gunmen attack Pakistan stock exchange

SANAA, June 29 (YPA) – At least nine people were killed after a group of gunmen attacked the Pakistan stock exchange on Monday.

Gunmen attacked and stormed the Pakistan Stock Exchange building in Karachi, killing and wounding people, Pakistani local media reported.

According to media reports, the gunmen attacked the stock exchange building with grenades and rifles, and police said five police were killed when they  repelled the attack, killing four of the attackers.

The building is located in a high security area and also houses the main offices of several private banks.
