Iraq records 67 deaths, 1,808 cases of corona in 24 hours

SANAA, June 22 (YPA) – The Iraqi Ministry of Health and Environment announced on Monday that it recorded 67 deaths and 1,808 injuries in Corona, during the past 24 hours, noting that deaths decreased and injuries increased compared to Sunday.

The Ministry confirmed that 10075 examinations of samples were carried out in all specialized laboratories in Iraq, so that the total sum of the samples examined since the beginning of the disease registration in Iraq was 455,316 samples.

In its statement, the ministry stated that there were 580 deaths recorded during the past 24 hours, while the total number of recovery cases reached 14785.

The deaths amounted to 1167 cases, and 32676 injuries, which was considered by the Iraqi Minister of Health Hassan Al-Tamimi as an indication that the country is entering a dangerous epidemiological stage.
