Hebron: Zionist settlers attack young man, destroy property

SANAA, June 13 (YPA) – Zionist settlers attacked, on Friday night a Palestinian youth, by beating, and smashing the windows of Palestinian vehicles in Hebron.

A Palestinian source said that a number of settlers beat a young man, Muhammad Maher Badr, 25, in Al-Shuhada Street, in the Old City of Hebron.

Witnesses indicated that the young man was wounded and bruised, and was treated in the field.

Settlers from Kiryat Arba also destroyed six vehicles belonging to the Al-Jabari family near the settlement, according to witnesses.

The Old City of Hebron is inhabited by approximately 400 extremist settlers in four settlement outposts, with the protection of 1,500 Israeli soldiers.

About a thousand Palestinians were displaced from the town as a result of the policy of restrictions, humiliation, and daily attacks by settlers and the army.
