Iraqi security forces arrest trainer of Daesh’s operatives

SANAA, June 8 (YPA) – Iraqi security forces arrested a “trainer” of Daesh (ISIS) operatives during an operation in Nineveh province, northern Iraq.

 “Security forces arrested the trainer, called Abu Hamza, near the Al-Nuri Mosque, on the right side of Mosul city in Nineveh province,” the Iraqi Interior Ministry said in a statement issued Monday.

 He was working as a trainer in Daesh general camps during his time in control of Mosul,” the statement added.

 “The arrest was carried out on the basis of accurate information and with cooperation of citizens,” the statement said.
