President meets with National Security Service head

SANAA, May 8 (YPA) – The President of Supreme Political Council, Mehdi al-Mashat, on Tuesday met with the head of the National Security Service, Abdul Raba Jarfan.

In  the meeting, they discussed the functioning of the security apparatus and the level of its performance in maintaining security and stability, especially in light of the exceptional circumstances experienced by the country as a result of the continued Saudi-led coalition aggression war.

Mr. President praised of the security services qualitative achievements in maintaining security and stability and thwarting the schemes of aggression and its mercenaries.

Mr. President stressed on the importance of further efforts and coordination between the security services which corresponds to the stage requirements and the aggression escalation.
