Britain confirms origin of Corona virus is not from human-made

SANAA, June 4 (YPA) – The British government confirmed on Thursday that it has found no evidence to suggest that the emerging corona virus is human-made.

In response to statements by former British intelligence chief Richard Dearlove, who said that it is possible that the virus had accidentally escaped from a Chinese laboratory, the British Prime Minister’s Office said, “The Ministry of Health and the Chief Physician’s Office have spoken about this issue in the past, and they have not found any evidence It indicates that the virus is made by humans. ”

The office of the Prime Minister added: “There must be an independent investigation to determine the timing and how this virus spread.”

Dearlove, who headed British intelligence between 1999 and 2004, referred to a recent scientific study that says the virus was designed by Chinese scientists.

Dearlove noted that the study, published by a British and Norwegian research team, indicated that key elements in the genetic sequence of the virus “were included” and were not developed naturally.
