Lahj Governor condemns aggression-airstrikes’ crime on Presidential Office
SANAA, May 8 (YPA) – The governor of Lahj, Ahmed Hamoud Greeb, condemned the Monday crime committed by the US-backed Saudi-led coalition aggression which targeted the Presidential office in Tahrir district of the capital Sanaa that killed and wounded dozens of civilians, in a statement obtained by Yemen Press Agency on Tuesday.
Greeb said that the horrific Presidential office’s crime is one of terrorist series crimes committed by the coalition of aggression against the Yemeni people in an attempt to subjugate the Yemenis and subject them to the policy of humiliation and servitude which will be impossible.
The statement stressed on that these crimes will not dissuade the Yemenis in continuing the path of struggle, liberation and to confront the invasion and occupation forces.
The statement called on the United Nations, its organs ,international and humanitarian organizations to take legal responsibility and to hold the perpetrators of these crimes and bring them to justice for receiving their just punishment.
