Islah militant send military reinforcements to Abyan

ABYAN, May 31 (YPA) – The Saudi-backed Islah Party militants sent on Sunday military reinforcements to Yemen’s southern province of Abyan, sources said.

The sources said that great trucks carrying tanks and soldiers came from Shabwa province to in Shakra area in Abyan.

The sources affirmed that the moves by the Islah militants came in light of militant tensions and preparations to confront the Southern Transitional Council backed by the UAE.
