SANAA, April 14 (YPA) – Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (DPRK) has fired several missiles, believed to be cruise missiles, towards the Sea of Japan, and flew more than 150 kilometers, a joint committee of South Korean chiefs of staff announced.
“North Korea fired several missiles this morning from the Munch’ŏn area of Kangwon Province, believed to be cruise missiles, towards the Sea of Japan,” the South Korean military cited Yonhap news agency reporting.
“Our military, in light of the possibility of further military operations by North Korea, is monitoring and maintaining readiness, and now the US and South Korean intelligence services are investigating more than the information available.”
